    • 1) Position: Security Analyst (Senior)

    JOB PROFILE

    Position: Security Analyst (Senior)

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs deep-dive incident analysis, strategies for on-site remediation plan.
    • Closely involved in developing, tuning and implementing threat detection analytics, provides support for new analytic methods for detecting threats.
    • Configures, tests, and provides daily support for security-related technologies like SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption, and malware detection for optimal performance.
    • Performs or support vulnerability assessment, and perform remediation for devices that do not meet security standards.
    • Provide on job training/ knowledge transfer to SOC team members as needed.
    • Monitors and manages customers' security devices included firewall, IPS, proxy, APT Solution etc in Security Operation Centre.
    • Supports ad-hoc requests, change management requests, performing security analysis and creation of change specification to implement access or remediate security related issues.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in security threat analysis.
    • Possesses knowledge on network, endpoint, threat intelligence, forensics and malware reverse engineering.
    • Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
    • CCNA and CCNA - Security certified are encouraged to apply.
    • CEH, MCSA, MCSE, VCA, VCP certification is a plus.
    • Results driven person that drives to stay within accepted SLAs for the services provided.
    • Ability to work in minimum supervision.

    • 2) Position: Security Analyst (Junior)

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitors and manages customers' security devices included firewall, IPS, proxy, APT Solution etc in Security Operation Centre.
    • Supports ad-hoc requests, change management requests, performing security analysis and creation of change specification to implement access or remediate security related issues.
    • To have a direct interaction with customers via phone, email, incident and request tickets.
    • Provides monthly incident report and present to customers.
    • Works in 24x7x365 SOC environment (by shift).

    Requirements:

    • Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years of related working experience is a plus.
    • CCNA and CCNA - Security certified are encouraged to apply.
    • CEH, MCSA, MCSE, VCA, VCP certification is a plus.

    • 3) Position: Account Manager (Oil & Gas/ EB/ GB)

    JOB PROFILE

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manages assigned accounts, identifies new leads, upsell from previous closed business.
    • Manages pipelines and forecasts data, provides consistent updates on delivery and billing info for analysis and reporting.
    • Manages the business relationship, gathers customer intelligence data, covers all levels within the customer organisation, delivers quality service and total customer satisfaction.
    • Fulfils tender/proposal requirements, ensures comprehensive solution with competitive pricing and a compelling value proposition.
    • Positions proactive proposals - anticipates customer requirements, aligns their business goals with feasible IT solutions which provides highest return on their IT investment.
    • Works with various groups internally e.g. solution architect, solutions consultants, project managers in order to position Mesiniaga's proposals as business solutions of greatest added value.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum degree in Computer Science/IT, Business Admin, or Marketing.
    • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT solution sales (preferred).
    • Have proven track record in sales - targets met consistently with an inclination towards consultative selling style.
    • Familiarity with a wide breadth of IT solutions would be ideal - PC/servers, networking, applications, storage, IT security, etc (preferred).
    • Results-driven and independent, process oriented and has a good discipline in maintaining proper tracking of forecasts, account planning and opportunity management.
    • Above average proficiency in English - both speaking and writing with an ability to deliver a convincing presentation.
    • Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage.

    • 4) Position: Business Development Executive (IT)

    JOB PROFILE

    Responsibilities:

    • In-charge of preparing costing for Cisco, Juniper, HP or Huawei products and preferably well experienced in dealing with the above Brands.
    • Understands the process and task of Mesiniaga Sales Order Tracking.
    • Understands the process of Mesiniaga Proposal Library.
    • To compile reports of forecast and funnel.
    • To request quotes from Distributors on 3rd Party products like F5, A10, Gigamon, Cabling, Infoblox, Nexlab.
    • Responsible with order status checking and report compiling.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in doing IT Business Development.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
    • High proficiency in English and Malay languages.
    • Ability to speak Mandarin is a great advantage.
    • Well experienced in dealing with IT principle companies such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.
    • 5) Position: Legal Executive

    JOB PROFILE

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and providing legal input on all contracts, agreements and legal documents arising from day-to-day business of the Company, such as services agreements, customer contracts, supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, HR agreements and the like;
    • Assisting in reviewing and providing legal input on all tender documents arising from the Company’s business;
    • Assisting in reviewing and providing legal input on other documents and matters affecting the Company, such as admin documents, banking facilities, HR matters, and the like;
    • Liaising with external legal counsel on legal matters of the Company;
    • Managing a systematic document control for all contracts;
    • Managing a systematic document storage and filing system to ensure confidentiality and safe custody of the Company’s legal documents and easy retrieval.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Law or equivalent.
    • High proficiency in English and Malay languages.
    • Highly experienced in drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as other legal matters.
    • 6) Position: Pricing Analyst

    JOB PROFILE

    Responsibilities:

    • Reviews requests for proposals and assist the proposal team in developing pricing based on estimated costing and BOM.
    • Understands and implements all internal cost estimating policies.
    • Analyzes price, cost, and profitability of proposed pricing to determine acceptability and briefs management on these items.
    • Creates pricing strategies or monitors the implementation of those strategies on proposals.
    • Works with internal organization to determine anticipated labor and overhead rates, material requirements, equipment costs, and possible bid strategies.
    • Analyzes estimates against previous cost experience and recommends adjustments.
    • Attends audits and fact finding sessions.
    • Collaborates on the determination of cost proposal policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Performs quality assurance review to ensure that all proposal actions relative to pricing are comprehensive, complete, and responsive.
    • Reviews line inputs to ensure that proposal is responsive to the request for proposal and conforms to government regulations.
    • Ensures that proposed materials meet company standards and constitute a complete package.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in doing Pricing Analysis / Financial Analysis
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Statistics / Mathematics or equivalent
    • High proficiency in English and Malay languages.
    • Highly experienced in analyzing pricing, cost and profitability and its strategies
    • 7) Position: .NET Developer

    JOB PROFILE

    • Possess good programming skills with familiarity in Microsoft .Net tools and technologies.
    • Working knowledge of .Net programming preferably using C# (ASP.NET),
    • AJAX and Linq to Entity - able to write a .Net application with minimal supervision.
    • Familiar with SQL Server and SQL programming (stored procedures, triggers etc) and Linq to Entity
    • Good command of Basic Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and JavaScript knowledge - able to read and understand an HTML and JavaScript document.
    • Familiar with layered application framework.
    • Basic understanding of how Web applications work e.g. session management.
    • Fundamental knowledge of Web browsers, Servers and Web application & Client Server architecture.

    JOB PROFILE

    Job Description:

    • To respond to incidents, support request, change request and user enquiries which can be received through phone call, email or walk in.
    • To provide and perform Level-1.5 remote troubleshooting support for first call resolution (FCR) for incident and request support.
    • Dealing with incoming faults in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email
    • Taking ownership of faults and managing them in a logical and methodical manner
    • Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorising and prioritising them in line with team procedures
    • Conducting full and through diagnostics with end users to enable first point of contact fault resolution
    • Ensuring all faults are progressed & cleared within SLA – escalating to other internal and external teams as appropriate
    • Managing faults through their entire lifecycle from the first point of contact through to resolution, proactively keeping the customer informed of progress

    JOB PROFILE

    Job Description:

    • Initiate and alert AM/Solution Manager on contract renewal and follow up status of renewal/termination.
    • Upon AM/Solution Manager's instruction, prepare quotations to customers and follow up (attach quotation and PO into SOT).
    • Update contract deliverables, scope of services and all service level requirements in contract documents.
    • Update similar information in MA Contract Tracking.
    • Send the draft contract to AM/Solution Manager for review, customer presentation and signatory.
    • Assist Solution Manager to monitor progress and changes from customer until contract is signed by customer, returned for GM's endorsement and stamped.
    • Scan endorsed contracts into MAT/ SOT and filing original contract including supporting documents, original contract, amendments of schedules.
    • Follow up with Sales Support (SS) on customer billing (if customer request for invoice).
    • Receive instructions from AM/Solution Manager on contract creation - Create MECSLINK contract document.
    • Create account profile in MECSLINK and SNOW.
    • Renew / Terminate/ Extend Mecslink contract profile in MECSLINK & SNOW timely. Update Mecslink points status given by Mecslink Team into SNOW monthly.
    • Assist Solution Manager to monitor progress and changes from customer until contract is signed by customer, returned for GM's endorsement and stamped.
    • Scan endorsed contracts into MAT/ SOT and filing.
    • 11) Position: NMC Engineer Tie-1 (NetSys Care)

    JOB PROFILE

    Job Description:

    • Maintaining network facilities for continued performance by proactively monitor mission critical network and server performance on customers’ network to meet customers’ SLAs.
    • Validate events and error identification (device / node / asset / location).
    • Respond to automated events/alarms/emails, filter and rectify event/alarms remotely.
    • Identify incident severity and escalate within agreed procedures and SLA.
    • Response to reactive incident requests by phone, create incident logs and escalate to NMC Level 2 for remote diagnosis.
    • Follow up and closure of event logs. Maintain event records with resolution documented.
    • Timely update users or IT owners on event status of service loss and service restored.
    • Generate reports on time for NMC Level 2 for trending analysis.
