I am fortunate to have the opportunity to develop my skills and career experience even during Covid-19 pandemic. Mesiniaga provides a good and fun working environment. The staffs treat me very well and encouraged me to explore and learn more. It is great to gain more knowledge and being comfortable at the same time.

My supervisor supervises and provides close guidance while performing industrial training assignments and live projects. Overall, the industry training experience in this organisation was the best and I would like to suggest other students undergo industrial training in Mesiniaga.
I was assigned under managed services. The team members were very very kind and sporting with me. They treated me as a staff, not as an intern. The knowledge gained from senior engineers about IT was very useful and meaningful. I was tasked with fixing the errors of a time attendance report system. Mr Khoon Pin Chin, my supervisor, took care of us interns and gave us good guidance that helped us learn on the job. There was clarity on the expectation and the results that were required which made the experience of learning about real production grade software development really meaningful.
