Position: Solutions Architect
Work Location: Johor Bahru

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
• Serve as the team’s technical subject-matter expert and a resource for technical escalation.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and assist in developing them across the enterprise through innovation and automation.
• Enable faster and smarter business processes, and implement analytics for meaningful results.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
• Provide expertise in various technologies, including software architecture, cloud platforms, databases and networking.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years or more of experience in a technical role.
• Knowledge and experience in Applications Development is an added advantage.
• Possess expertise in creating and analyzing systems.
• Strong understanding in current technologies and solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa (both written and verbal).
