How do I reset my account password if I have forgotten it?
- To reset password, at login page, click button “Terlupa Kata Laluan”.
- Type in your valid email address. eg. drmajdah@moh.gov.my, click button “Hantar”.
- Check your inbox email and follow the link to reset your password.
- At the link page, type in your new password and click “Save” button. (Password must at least have minimum 8 characters).
- Login to MyMOMS and used your new password.
