Position: Service Desk Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receive and log all incoming calls and emails related to reported incidents or service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all reported EUC-related incidents remotely and if remains unsolved, escalate to End User Computing or other support personnel.
  • Assist in tasks related to software and hardware inventory updates.
  • Manage Active Directory permissions and process requests.

  1. Software Support Services

The software support services shall include: 

  • Troubleshooting and installation of standard software 
  • Troubleshooting and installation printers and other peripherals

  1. Hardware Support Services

The hardware support services shall include:

  • Ensure network operation availability in accordance to the agreed contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Administer, configure, update, maintain & manage any network configuration requests.
  • Perform resolution to network related incidents as per agreed SLA & close the incidents accordingly.

Position: Security Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in monitoring the SOC situational awareness and automation systems for security evens and closing or escalating those events (if necessary).
  • Maintain the group email address and distribution lists and answering SOC main phone lines as well as updating all relevant documentation such as shift logs and tickets.
  • Identify, categorize, prioritize and investigate events rapidly by utilizing triage and response guidelines for the enterprise using common available SOC log sources.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Requirement Study/ Review – Determine Service Requirements included but not limited to Capacity, Pricing, Costing & revenue, Resources capability, Scoping, Service level.
